Cat admission to Melbourne shelters

The principle aim in this project was to describe the characteristics of cats admitted to three shelters in Victoria, Australia. Admission data were collected for 13 months. In addition to the data that is routinely collected, shelters also recorded information describing the physical condition, sociability and number of cats admitted per admission. This resulted in a total of 25,810 admissions being captured.
