Victorian authorities find BSL difficult to manage

An article in the Melbourne Herald Sun, describes the frustration experienced by members of the Restricted Breed Panel.

Similarly, research conducted over 10 years in Spain has found that BSL has had no effect on dog bite numbers.  The results suggest that that the criteria to regulate so called "Dangerous Breeds" were unsuitable and unjustified.
